To whom it may concern:

I have observed Andy Bell maturing for over six years. I was happy to work with the team he put together, assisting him complete his Eagle Scout project. It consisted of working on a nature trail at nearby Bennington Lake. He even enlisted his parents and sisters in this endeavor. Some Eagle projects are simple, but Andy chose one that challenged him and those who assisted.

Andy is a good student and a great young man. In the past he was prone to hanging back, choosing to take deliberate action on his own time table. His recent service as a missionary has changed his attitude, behavior and demeanor. He now meets challenge head on and always completes assignments well ahead of expectation.

Prior to his mission, Andy worked in a busy call center accurately performing the assigned tasks. Most important he learned life skills and an appreciation of work. I am pleased that he is furthering his education and preparing for a life time of service to family and community.

I recommend him as a great worker and as a person who tolerates and accepts others, even if they may be difficult to team with.

Sincerely,

Paul Crowther
